Overview: This satirical comedy set in a toy factory is an attempt to take a humorous look at our manufacturing shortcomings. Supply manager Tesař performs his duties with extreme dedication. Unnecessarily, because the middle managers—chief coordinator Vaněk, who aspires to the position of deputy, and his assistant Pokora—have failed to create a management system and rely on Tesař, his abilities, and their own power.
