Overview: The film compares scenes from the frescoes of Serbian medieval monasteries with scenes of church councils held in churches. Relying on his pictorial sensibility (he graduated in History of Art), using symbols, real landmarks, without a narrative flow but accompanied by sound and original music, Petrović's short film Sabori, which is also a documentary, becomes a timeless film.
